SUBMITTING TO ME

1. All the contact information is at the bottom of every page.  However, BEFORE you contact me by phone or email, please look at my site carefully, and see if your interests are mentioned.  

2. If they are, contact me and tell me the basics of your interests.  Do not tell me your fantasy in excrutiating detail.   If I'm interested, I will ask for more information.  Please be courteous, and understand I don't see all who contact me.

3. Please do not call me Mistress, Ma'am, or any other honorific until I have given you permission.  I will tell you if and when you have earned that privilege.  When you call, please address me as Cybelle.  Of course, good manners and politeness are always required.  When emailing, you may address the email to Ms. Cybelle, and please, use correct spelling, punctuation, grammar, and syntax.  Please, DO NOT resort to chat room spelling and punctuation!

4. Please do not call yourself "slave."  You are not my slave, even if you are/have been someone else's.  To be a slave, one must be owned.

5. Do notice that I am absolutely NOT interested in any form of intercourse, oral sex, any other form of directly sexual activity, or anything illegal.  Do not ask, insinuate, beg, offer a higher Tribute, etc.  It will only result in me hanging up, or dismissing you if we have met.

My regular business days and hours are Monday through Thursday from 12:00 noon to 7:00pm PST, and I do see clients on Friday by special arrangement. 

The best time to call for information or to schedule an appointment is Monday through Thursday from 12:00 noon to 1:30pm. 

My first appointment starts at 1:00 pm, my last ends at 7:00 pm, and schedule permitting, I do answer the phone in-between appointments so you can try till about 6:30 pm. 

Although I do enjoy email my schedule precludes extensive correspondence.
